UNIVERSAL WELLNESS

Some thoughts, tips, and feelings on natural wellness.  We all are here to learn and grow in this lifetime, and I hope a peaceful and idealistic journey for us all, but just in case a challenge presents itself, in whatever form, here is a “cheat sheet” for maintaining homeostasis and peace:

YOUR REACTION TO WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR LIFE DICTATES WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

Reactions are powerful creators because they contain every element needed to manifest- they are a combination of thought, belief, and feeling in action.  Positive reactions create more positive things, and negative reactions create more negative things.  If you can respond to negative situations calmly and lightly, instead of emotional turbulence, what happens next in life will be so much better.

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE NOT TRUE.

Only our belief in negative thoughts makes them appear to be true to us; at their very core, negative thoughts are just that- thoughts.  But when we believe negative thoughts, they become the root cause of all unhappiness.

LETTING GO ALLOWS FOR MANIFESTATION.

To change what you are creating and allow for manifestation, let go- be genuinely ok with not getting what you want.  Let go and get on with your life, and whatever it is you want will have a much easier path for you.

IF YOU’RE SUFFERING OR STRUGGLING AT ANY TIME, IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE BELIEVING A STORY THAT IS NOT TRUE.

While pain is a physical phenomenon in our world, suffering comes from our mind.  Suffering is the result of believing a story about a situation or about a person that is not true, which means that if you stop telling the story, suffering will stop.  A negative story that makes you suffer is a fabrication of the mind, and when you can see clearly you will stop believing it, and you will stop attracting evidence of it being true.

RESISTANCE CAUSES SUFFERING, ALLOWANCE ELIMINATES SUFFERING.

You are resisting when you push against a situation or a person with thoughts like “I don’t like it”, “I don’t want it”, “I am not happy with that person”, “this shouldn’t have happened”.  The greater you resist, the greater the suffering- and the more you cement the circumstances to you.  Your allowance of the same circumstances eliminates suffering immediately and allows the circumstances to change.

DON’T BE IN CONFLICT WITH ANYONE OR ANYTHING.

Opposing, fighting, or struggling against anything or anyone in life causes conflict.  Conflict attracts more conflict, fighting against something attracts more things to fight against, and struggle attracts more things to struggle over.  Step away from conflict, because when you are in conflict with anyone or anything in life, it harms you.

NOTHING STAYS THE SAME- TOMORROW THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT.

Everything is energy, and the nature of energy is that it is constantly changing.  Knowing this, you can count on the fact that if there is something disturbing your peace of mind, it will pass.  If you stop giving any attention to what is disturbing you, tomorrow things will be different- without you doing a single thing.

DO NOT RESIST NEGATIVE EMOTIONS.

Do not fight or resist negative emotions, because your resistance will hold them to you.  Negative emotions are simply a movement of energy, and if you allow them to be without resisting them- without giving them the time of day- they will pass by quickly.

THE FEWER OPINIONS YOU HAVE, THE FEWER CONCLUSIONS YOU COME TO, AND THE FEWER FIXED IDEAS YOU HOLD TO, THE MORE BLISS AND JOY WILL BE YOURS.

Opinions, Conclusions, and fixed ideas are judgements formulated by the mind.  They are a subtle negative act.  We have been conditioned to believe that if we have opinions about all the things that are “bad” or “wrong” we are a good person.  But it is the person who has the fewest opinions- the person who judges the least who has bliss, joy, and countless good things in their life.

BE AWARE, AND BE HERE NOW.

Stop listening to the endless commentary and chatter of your mind.  Instead, be aware, and be here now.  When you are walking down the street, be on the street, and not listening to the narration in your head.  When you are traveling in a car, be in the car, and not lost in the thoughts of your mind.  When someone is talking to you, listen to them, focus on what they are saying, and stop listening to the commentary in your head.  Here and now, right where you are, there are no thoughts, no problems, no suffering- there is only joy.

UNIVERSAL LAWS

Each universal law has its own meaning and purpose in the Universe. When used together, harmony and balance in the Universe is always constant.

1. The Law of Oneness: The Law of Oneness explains that every individual, every situation and everything else in the world is connected to each other. What someone else thinks or does may affect your life in some way and vice versa, even if you do not know the person at all. This law states that there is only one energy flow and one mind, so everyone is connected to each other.

2. The Law of Energy: From thoughts to people, everything is made of energy, and that is what this law stands for. The Law of Energy is also known as the Law of Vibration, and this means that energy comes in countless frequency levels. Energy and vibrations are being sent out into the Universe constantly, so the Law of Energy is always in motion.

3. The Law of Action: According to the Law of Action, you need to take action steps towards your wants in order to manifest them. An example of the Law of Action in natural motion is when a person gets angry and slams a door. The person is feeling angry, so his/her action is to slam the door to show that he/she is angry. Even if the person does not want to be angry, he/she supports the emotion by action.

4. The Law of Correspondence: A very popular quote from the Emerald Tablets states, “As above, so below,” and this means that whatever happens inside your mental space is reflected on the outside. The Law of Correspondence proves that what you think and feel in your conscious and subconscious minds is what you create on the outside.

5. The Law of Cause and Effect: The Law of Cause and Effect says that events do not happen coincidentally. Everything happens in your life for a reason, no matter if you see how or why it happened. The Law of Cause and Effect can also be related to the concept of karma.

6. The Law of Compensation: This law is like an extension of the Law of Cause and Effect, and it means that what you put out is what you will get back in abundance. If you do random acts of kindness and good deeds often, you will receive good things back. The same can happen with negative actions as well.

7. The Law of Attraction: The most well-known universal law out of all 12 is the Law of Attraction. From the words you speak to your beliefs, you attract everything in your life through energy. You can even attract people into your life who have the same energy frequency as you. Like attracts like, so whether it is negative or positive, everything you see in your life is what you have attracted.

8. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy: This law basically means that you have the ability to change your life into anything you want. It is your responsibility to transform your life, and it’s your choice to accept or reject the opportunities that the Universe gives you. Energy is always in motion, and you get to choose whether you want to go with the flow or not.

9. The Law of Relativity: Every life obstacle is an opportunity for people to change their perspective and life so that they can continue to improve themselves. These tests from the Universe also helps us learn to let go of judging events and people as good or bad, nice or mean, etc., which we do when we compare ourselves to others. Everything in the Universe is just existing, and that is what the Law of Relativity means.

10. The Law of Polarity: This law states that everything in the Universe has an opposite. The Law of Polarity helps us understand the difference between positive and negative thoughts so that we can change thoughts we do not want into thoughts we do want.

11. The Law of Rhythm: Everything in the Universe has a unique rhythm that it beats to, and these different rhythms develop into patterns, cycles, etc., in life. The Law of Rhythm encourages us to follow the natural flow of energy and harmony of the Universe.

12. The Law of Gender: The Law of Gender is commonly related to the concept of Yin and Yang, and it states that there are masculine and feminine energies in life. It also tells us that everything needs time to nurture and grow in order to balance and master the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves.
